We appreciated our one night at Coimbra City Charm. Our room had a tub, a safe box, cable channels, and a writing table. the location was excellent and very convenient, right in the heart of the action. the hotel is just a short walk from the train station.

It was quiet and we will choose the place for future trips. Had very enjoyable 4 nights here. The location was great right in the heart of the action and met needs well. And it was also next to the train station and old town, most sightseeing spots and the old town. Everyone was amicable and top-class.

The employees were very nice and helpful during my stay. They provided great service and made me feel welcome. the hotel was clean and cozy, making it a comfortable place to stay. The location was also convenient, as it was within walking distance to everything I needed. I also appreciated being able to find a parking spot easily on the street.

The soundproofing in the rooms was very poor. I could hear people coming in and out of their rooms and talking in the neighboring rooms, which was quite disruptive to my sleep.

The room was great value for money, with a private bathroom, refrigerator, oven, and cooktop. The full kitchen was a plus. The staff were friendly and top-class, ready to assist with any request. The hotel had a particularly good location near a Catholic parish church and was close to everything.

We had the most pleasant stay at the charming property in Coimbra. Liliana, our lovely host, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. the modern and clean facility was beautifully decorated and conveniently located near the train station and all the attractions. the kitchen, although small, had all the essentials for cooking meals. We highly recommend City Charm for its warm hospitality and prime location. Cons: Nothing, it's simply perfect! 👌.

Renovated building in great location. Clean room, helpful staff, shared kitchen available. Great value for money, would return.
